C1 Digital holds sensitive information about sites, people and incidents. These are the principles every product is built on.
Each client sees only their own sites
Access is checked on the server for every request, by client, site and role. Hiding something on screen is never the only protection.
Verified officers
Officers confirm patrols, asset movements and log entries with their own PIN, separate from the portal login, so every record names the real person.
Records that can't be quietly changed
Occurrence book corrections are strike-throughs with a reason. Alerts, deliveries and asset movements are kept as a permanent audit trail.
Licensed product by product
Products start switched off. A client only gets a product when it is licensed for them, and it can be limited to chosen sites.
Secrets stay on the server
Email, SMS and AI providers are called from secure server functions. Keys are never shipped to the browser or the phone.
Evidence handled with care
Photos and evidence files are checked against the client, site and the viewer's permission each time they are opened.
